Project Nemesis is a fan driven website for games that use the One-Roll Engine (like Nemesis, Wild Talents, Reign and Monsters) or Chaosium's Basic Roleplay System (BRP) (like Call of Cthulhu) and the Delta Green setting.
Fragments can be
found in Dream Zagreb in HotOE. They are from the story of the same
name by Thomas Ligotti. Drapeau was a modern decadent who had a journal
of his dreams, delusions, and schizophrenic fancies. Whether they are
real or illusion is subject to controversy. Of course, after his final
entry, he vanished off the face of the earth... Finding a copy is
notoriously hard, although the bookstore in "Vastarien" probably had a
copy.

Then there is another Ligotti tome: the Noctuary of the Abbot of
Tine. It was likely originally in Latin, and is a simple grimoire,
perhaps more feverish or obscure, probably rather hard to find, likely
Mythos-related. My version is here. Note that this version of
Remortification is more along the lines of necromancy. None of the
spells are in full, though their effects are depicted in horrid detail.
And who can forget the Umbria section of the travel diaries of one
Arthur Emerson from "The Prodigy of Dreams"? Little Mythos appears
here, although the vivid prose and chance discovery of an altar to
Cynothoglys are quite interesting.
