Project Nemesis is a fan driven website for games that use the One-Roll Engine (like Nemesis, Wild Talents, Reign and Monsters) or Chaosium's Basic Roleplay System (BRP) (like Call of Cthulhu) and the Delta Green setting.
Benjamin Baugh and I spoke to the Voice of the Revolution podcast a
couple of weeks ago about Wild Talents and Monsters and Other Childish
Things. It was loads of fun and we would love to do more, so if you know anybody who does a podcast, tell them to get in touch!
Even more high-tech, Dennis recently did a video interview about Delta Green with Yog-Sothoth.com, and his other company Radical Entertainment has him in a bunch of online videos about his upcoming videogame Prototype.
In WT news, we're putting the finishing touches on Wild Talents Second Edition, and I expect it to go to layout this month. Allan Goodall is doing last revisions on "This Favored Land," his incredible Civil War sourcebook, and Ben's equally cool "The Kerberos Club" is now in copy editing. Greg Stolze's "Grim War" is going to one more round of playtesting in just a few days.
I'm juggling all of those projects simultaneously so they can all hit the shelves when Wild Talents 2 comes out, on top of several shorter projects for Monsters and WT2 -- The Dreadful Secrets of Candlewick Manor and Spring Crescent Middle School: A Curriculum of Conspiracy for Monsters, Talent Squad Tales for Wild Talents, a couple of recent freelance submissions -- so if anybody can spare a few levels in Multitasking they would not go to waste.
Next projects: Operation Torch for Godlike (Dennis and I were making plans for this one on the phone yesterday); The Book of Voodoo for Wild Talents; whichever of his umpteen awesome ideas Ben wants to do next; more stuff, more, more.
Upcoming cons: I'm going to Conooga in Chattanooga, Tennessee, in February, but only as a regular visitor to see what it's like. If you're going, get in touch and we'll meet there. A couple of friends and I are going and we may play some of Arc Dream's games and/or Vincent Baker's new "In a Wicked Age."
After that is OmegaCon here in Birmingham, Alabama, in March, where I'll be running a big Arc Dream booth and helping out with the Avalanche Press booth. If you're going to that one, get in touch or look for me there -- heck, I'll have you over to the house for coffee if the kids clean their rooms.
Then comes GAMA Trade Show, Origins, GenCon and DragonCon. My feet are getting tired already.
If you're going to any cons big or small this year and would like to run any of our games, let me know! We need all the volunteers we can get on the Arc Dream Team. ;)
