Finding what remains.
Capt.
Smythe will offer his condolences to the PCs for the loss of their
colleagues and explains that his soldiers are bringing back the remains
of Prof. Lawrence’s Land Rover and his team. He invites them to stay at
the outpost, until new orders are posted from Basra (or London). Before
inviting them into his office, Capt. Smythe was able to briefly contact
and apprise Col. Masters of the situation in Basra.
With the posting of Part 3 of Case Morning Brightside, I've
introduced my first fully stated 65d NPC from my "Atrocity
Archive" game. She is found marooned in the wilderness in Iraq
and is rescued by the PCs. Is she a lost inncoent or something
more sinister? You'll just have read the article to find out...
I'm sure she could easily be adapted for use in a Delta Green game as an NPC too.
