This is a set of pseudo-mystical dietary techniques developed by Truil hunters far from their tribes. It is a practical use of their ritualistic and infamous cannibalism. The human meat you eat must be fresh - less than a day old. Cooking does count against this time limit though. The name refers to the blood of kinship, not the fluid in the veins. Truil eat their friends and family at a ritual funeral feast. But for the discipline to work, the user must eat a full meal of human flesh - at least one wound box - of a location. You don't really eat that whole area but the same value fom all around the body is fine. This Esoteric Discipline uses Body + Vigour and requires the Cannibal Smile advantage (REIGN 41). The Hungry Grin (One point) You can squish your daily Body + Vigour roll by +1 if you sleep after eating human flesh. A Taste for Flesh (Two points) You can roll another Body + Vigour roll after eating a "meal". You may throw a number of Body + Vigour pools equal to your rank in Bloodeating. Bellyful of Strength (Three points) After sleeping after a meal, you can roll Body + Vigour. If you roll a set, you can keep "store" the width as points. The points count as AR which kick in to protect you from going into damage which would penalise you or make you unconscious. For Needing, not Wanting (Four points) Your sets can now convert one point of Killing damage into two points of Shock per 2W. But you cannot reduce K to S and then to nothing. It's one way or another. You can also spend W equal to your current stat’s diminished level to regenerate it to the next point. Example: Kulm Hanradder has been hit with a poinsoned arrow which reduces his Body from 4 to 3 along with 3K from the arrow. After besting his treacherous opponent he engorges himself, half out of need and half out of vengeful anger.
Covered in gore and with meat dangling from his teeth, he rolls over and lies in the stupour which follows the feast-maddened. He rolls his reduced Body + Vigour pool of 6d for an amazing 5x7. He uses 3W to bring his Body back to 4 and uses 2W to convert 1K damage into 2S. The Sleep of Beasts (Five points) After spending the whole day resting and then a full night's sleep, you may swap height for width on a set you roll. Example: If Kulm Hanradder had Sleep of Beasts for the previous example, he could have turned that 5x7 into a 7x5!
He would have spent 3W for the stat and converted the 2K arrow damage into 4S. Luckily he can now roll a second pool at 7d while he enters a deep sleep.
