I've built a simple Reign Company generator. I write for me so the interface sucks but you can cope the same way I do. By default it rolls 10 dice. Change this with the dice paramter. 

Add experts with the experts parameter separating expert dice with a '-'. For example:

Six dice: http://www.phreeow.net/cgi-bin/orc.pl?dice=6
Twelve dice with two set as experts to 9:
http://www.phreeow.net/cgi-bin/orc.pl?dice=12&experts=9-9

Doesn't handle sets greater than 5 properly yet, but I'm still working on it. The framework will handle characters with some data entry so I'll probably give that a go soon too.
