For playtesting and demoing, I set up a thing I called "Imperial Harlots" in which the players have characters, but no stats because those characters are the five people who really run The Empire (okay, The Empress is in charge, but to make this playable instead of a game of "persuade the biased GM" the demo assumes she takes the PCs' advice on everything). 

So instead of being sessions of daring-do interspersed with Company rolls, it's just Company roll on top of Company roll. (You can get away with this with The Empire because its Qualities are so huge it can succeed without bonuses.).

So what I've got as stats there are...
Maemeck: Matriarchy: Might 4, Territory 4, Influence 3, Treasure 3, Sovereignty 4
Dindavara: Might 5, Territory 5, Influence 3, Treasure 4, Sovereignty 4
Uldholm: Might 4, Territory 5, Influence 5, Treasure 5, Sovereignty 3
The Empire: Might 5, Territory 6, Influence 5, Treasure 4, Sovereignty 3

No Truils or Confederacy yet, sorry. And if I was running a standard game, I'd be tempted to reduce those a point here and there too.
