A new Intrinsic I whipped up while trying to help someone on RPGnet.  I tried to make it a power, but it works much better as an Intrinsic. (Thanks Squizzle!)

Custom Intrinsic: Undying

You can slowly regenerate the most egregious wounds, and unless your body is completely destroyed you will eventually come back to full health. This healing takes place at the normal rate as outlined on p.26 of the WT rulebook, but with one important difference; when your head or torso fills with killing damage you don’t die, but instead go into a life sustaining coma until the head and torso each have one wound box without damage.

A dismembered limb or destroyed organ will take 1 week per wound box of game time to grow back. When it is finished growing back, the limb is still filled with killing damage. While the new limb/organ is full of killing damage it doesn’t quite work properly—it is brand new after all!

When one wound box in the new limb is completely clear of damage it starts to be useful again, but until then regrown eyes can only see blurry shapes, regrown legs can only support weight with the assistance of a crutch, and regrown arms have limited range of motion and can lift only small objects. GMs should assess penalties as they see fit. The effects of damaged internal organs are also up to the GM.

As a side effect of this power, you don’t age (or you don’t seem to, anyway), you don’t get sick, and you can smoke and drink without worrying about long term problems such as lung cancer or cirrhosis.

How much are you charging for something like that? ;)

I would charge 10 points for it, but I left a point cost off of it because other GMs might think it is worth more or less, not because I just forgot to put it in the description. Not that at all... 8)
