Our current group first encountered the Karotechia in See No Evil from TUO 15/16. One of the players made a lucky blunder and brutally bludgeoned the Karotechia Bischofe to death in a safehouse, preventing his escape via sorcery and allowing agent NANCY to "debrief" the bischofe in her most unique manner. Thus, Delta Green ended up knowing just about everything there was to know about the occult fourth reich after just one minor episode. In addition, they had secured a copy of Mein Triumph. Furthermore, the NYPD shot and killed the Ritter from the scenario at the climax of a harrowing car chase through Manhattan.
The Times had an article on damage/lack thereof to cultural sites in NO. Interestingly, some of the museums' insurance companies sent security in before the storm hit. This, I think would make a great introductory scenario for DG Friendlies.

During the 1850-1860 decade China was in flames, caused by the Taiping (Great Peace) sect, a pseudo-Christian, pseudo-messianistic cult lead by a mad prophet. They had connections with the Hong Kong and Shangai Triads. Some of the triads where members of the Bloated Woman cult.
