It is assumed that that the current batch of Delta Green cleared agents understand that the supernatural is real and that some hypergeometrical formulas can be of use to agents in the field. Delta Green cells need storage space for the many artifacts and illegal items which a Psychotic Opera can produce, both as a temporary drop point for equipment and contraband during an op and afterwards as a long-term place to leave behind troublesome items or unused supplies for future ops.
