Below are rules for generating PC's that are Cleaners. Cleaners are the chaps who have to erase any trace of the work of covert government monsterhunters  - like The Laundry, Delta Green or Majestic-12 - its opponents and any reality incursions invoked by either side.

Dice pool: Characters are to be generated to the value of 70d

Stats
: Members of the Cleaners on active service should be physically fit and so should have no less than 2d in any stat.

Traits
: As members of the Cleaners they should have the following Traits: Backup 2d, The Law 2d, Expert 4d, Mythos 1d (optional, but do you really want end up like Fred from Accounts?), Resources: 2d

Skills
: Members of the Cleaners must have at least the following skills: Administration 1d, Equilibrium 1d, Occult 1d
Field Necromancers must have at least: Mathematics 2d (preferably 1ed), Occult 2d, Electrical engineering 2d (for the British School of electrical circuit evocation "...with Mr Volt and his thuggish friend, Mr Amp.") and/or Physics 2d (for the American school of conjuration which uses high tech stuff like lasers and light benches.)

Madness Meter
: The Madness Meter should have the following notches: Unnatural – at least 1d (they will have witnessed at least some strange stuff before being co-opted…), Helplessness – at least 1d (being co-opted by a covert organisation and learning the true and secret history probably does something to your sense of well being…)

Brawling 2d, Driving (Car) 2d, (Motorbike) 1d, (Truck) 2d, Firearms (Machinegun) 2d, (Pistol) 2d, (Rifle) 2d, First Aid 1d, Language [Arabic] 1d, Melee Weapon – Knife 1d, Mythos 1d, Occult 1d, Stealth 1d, Survival 2d, Tactics 1d, Throw 1d, Wrestle 2d

Roleplay Notes: The players must decide what kind of roles their characters have and then create “official” titles for them. So for example, in the example above, Tiny is the designated driver and bodyguard for the team. In management speak he becomes a “transportation facilitator” and “physical security consultant”. Another character can be a “mental health and safety consultant” (psychiatrist) and “ISO 9000 compliance officer” (writes reports on all the other PCs and regularly sends them off to the senior management).

I forgot to add these notes on Field Necromancers.

Additional skills required:
