Project Nemesis is a fan driven website for games that use the One-Roll Engine (like Nemesis, Wild Talents, Reign and Monsters) or Chaosium's Basic Roleplay System (BRP) (like Call of Cthulhu) and the Delta Green setting.
I've rewritten a module I first created at the end of 2007, before
realising that it was horribly railroading to both players and GMs. The new version is more open, although still qualifies as a first-draft.
Once
again, I'm holding material for ransom. If you're new to REIGN and my
methods of financial brinskmanship, here's how it works: Once
contributors (any number of 'em) give me a thousand bucks, I release

superhero types that could be played right out of the book. They also
put out Instant Superheroes which expanded on the idea.

international terror and sorcery catches the attention of Delta Green,
who have been gradually closing in on the Karotechia for some time.

that this is an In the Well campaign, Mars to Mercury primarily.]
