Project NEMESIS

The club itself is a nightmare to secure, with a parking garage, the two entrances off 99th street, two alley way entrances, four large licensed areas (main dance floor, Neophyte bar, Green bar, and main bar), and two long hallways between the patron area (those four licensed areas) and the parking garage, surrounding the climate control plant and storage areas.

There is a split, a division in the ranks, a subtle disagreement about DG's policy towards ghouls (also known as necrophages). On one side we have agents who would enjoy nothing more than to take the new explosive pellet flamethrowers to every cemetary in the nation, and burn 'em all. On the other side, we have agents who want to make nice and "respect" the "alternative" culture of the Ghoul nation.

Adepts should be that darling of Keepers everywhere, the annoyance NPC. Interaction with Adepts should result in immediate fear and loathing by the Investigators. They are the shabby Characters that the PC's would *like* to kill but can't.

Inga stands 5'8" and weighs 150 lbs. She is a physically fit 28 year old Swedish woman with blonde hair and blue eyes. She has untranslated Aklo runes tattooed across her lower back. She will often dye her hair unusual colors. 

The Black Brotherhood are international terrorists dedicated to hastening the return of the Great Old Ones through acts of political assassination intended to bring about Mass Destruction (Nuclear War etc).

Thaqib is a physically fit man in his thirties. He is of average height and weight, with short black hair and deep set, intense black eyes. His accent is strange and alluring, containing the poetry of many languages. He is almost always closely shaved in defiance of islamic tradition.
