Project Nemesis is a fan driven website for games that use the One-Roll Engine (like Nemesis, Wild Talents, Reign and Monsters) or Chaosium's Basic Roleplay System (BRP) (like Call of Cthulhu) and the Delta Green setting.
The story is set in Britain and the characters have all signed the Official Secrets Act. The Gulf War is over. Another is brewing.There is always conflict, only those that saw it first hand can truly judge the headlines.

The usefulness of a safe house / green box is dependent on its location. A unoccupied safe house in a bad part of town would definately get broken into and occupied by local crack heads. The same thing could happen in the burbs, of course, although I think partying teenagers would be more likely. How partying teenagers differ from crackheads is left as an exercise for the reader.
It is assumed that that the current batch of Delta Green cleared agents understand that the supernatural is real and that some hypergeometrical formulas can be of use to agents in the field. So, why doesn’t A Cell send out detailed instructions for some of the more innocuous formulas? Here is DG official policy on this matter.
Delta Green cells need storage space for the many artifacts and illegal items which a Psychotic Opera can produce, both as a temporary drop point for equipment and contraband during an op and afterwards as a long-term place to leave behind troublesome items or unused supplies for future ops.
