Project Nemesis is a fan driven website for games that use the One-Roll Engine (like Nemesis, Wild Talents, Reign and Monsters) or Chaosium's Basic Roleplay System (BRP) (like Call of Cthulhu) and the Delta Green setting.
The cell structure is as described: one cell for each letter of the
alphabet and 78 agents total. Most cells are designed to be a
relatively decent mix of agencies and powers and handle a variety of
cases. There are a number of "speciality" cells scattered throughout the hierarchy, though.
DG Agents are considered the best for field use since they have the
forensics training to investigate crimes. They can cover up their own
actions and most of them have had some sort of combat training.There's
another value Agents have: access to restricted government information
and resources; everything from criminal / DMV records to ( at the
highest levels ) advanced weapon designs and highly classified
information.
The manager and proxy to the owner of this club is Robert Hubert, also
known as Belial but one does not call him that unless asked by him. He
has been there since the clubs opening and graduated from college in
1965 becoming a great influence on the music scene.
According to an anonymous source Alzis appeared after WW II and hasn't appeared to age since. Rumours tell that he is at the top of the organization called THE
NETWORK and he brokers in information and manipulates through truth.
This conspiracy has been running on the Near East for at least 500 years. It's mostly composed by Turkish and Egyptian
soldiers and policemen (who provide intelligence and some firepower)
and some radical Muslim priests, who provide a network of contacts and
the necessary scholarship.
Claims have been made by DG agents that Nazi Occult societies were
involved in the development of unconventional saucer craft such are now
in the hands of M-12. One such, the ‘Vril Society’ was allegedly
‘channelling’ messages from an alien civilisation in the Aldebaran
solar system and planned to develop a craft that could make physical
contact with the civilisation there.
