Miracles
Okay, every single miracle and hyperskill this guy have is cheapened by the If/Then flaw. They only work if he is POOR. He has to be homeless and not have much money. Crashing at someone else's place is okay... for a while. If he needs money to complete one of his destined good deeds, he can carry it. But nothing selfish, nothing luxurious. I figure this is pretty harsh, so it's a -2/4/8 flaw.

Jinx all qualities, 3/6/12
One of the ways he operates is by throwing sand in the gears of evil. If the ONE THING that can foil your sinister plot is an aeronautics engineer with a 5/11' hex socket wrench, you can bet Homelessman has managed to recruit the one and find the other. 6d (+18)

Aces all qualities, 3/6/12
As with his Jinx powers, he can often be warned and equipped beforehand for any task he finds himself performing. ("Huh. So THAT'S why I was supposed to pick up a teddy bear. Who knew?") 6d (+18)

Perceive Destiny Robust, Useful Outside Combat 2/4/8 after mods.
Things that are important to his future appear 'more real' to him -- clearer and brighter and more significant than everything else. He doesn't know why it's important or whether that woman is an archvillainess in disguise or someone he's supposed to talk out of suicide, but he knows She's The One for... something. 3HD (+12)
Advantage: Sensory overlay. Usually Perceive shuts down one of your other senses, but this guy sees Destiny as a layer on top of his ordinary vision. I figured that's a +1/2/4 advantage.

Precognition R, U, flawed down to 1/2/4
By the book. He has only 1HD, so he needs Aces to try and force it, which he usually doesn't. (+2)

Hyper-brawl skill, flawed down to 1/2/4, 1WD (+4)
Hyper-dodge skill, flawed down to 1/2/4, 1WD (+4)
Hyper-stealth skill, flawed down to 1/2/4, 1WD (+4)
Hyper-survival skill, flawed down to 1/2/4, 1WD (+4)

All of these reflect his ability to do things exactly right and always have the common object he needs on hand (having been 'destined' to find it earlier that day). Thus he always lucks into the perfect patch of shadow to hide in (led by Destiny Vision), or anticipates that sucker punch, or knows it a split-second before an enemy drops his guard. (Yeah, a real Buddhist wouldn't fall back on violence. But he never claimed to be a good Buddhist.)
