I gave Nathan a level of Martial Arts because he was able to knock out Niki with one very efficient hook to the jaw. His Permission could be One Power, but I prefer Hiero's designation of
"Flying Man."

We've only seen Nathan land once, but it wasn't graceful. I've given him an appropriate flaw. He doesn't seem to fly slowly, but I decidedto not penalize him further. Maybe he can and we just haven't seen him do it yet. He may have flown slowly when he caught Peter.
