Wings (-2/4/8): You rely on wings to fly. The wings on each side of the body (right and left) are hit locations with a 5 Wound Boxes each. Should either wing location be filled with damage, your Flight power fails immediately and can not be used again until the damaged location(s) have healed.

Two points on your damage silhouette must be allocated to your wings. In the case of typical humanoids, use the following:
1: Left Leg
2: Right Leg
3: Left Arm
4: Left Wing
5: Right Arm
6: Right Wing
7-9: Torso
10: Head

Note that the Custom Hit Locations intrinsic normally -costs- 8points. If you took that intrinsic plus a Flight flaw "Attached to Wings hit locations -1/2/4" then you'd need to spend a fair bit on Flight to make it worthwhile, and it might not perfectly represent -all- of the drawbacks of winged flight (such as being unable to fly in cramped environments such as inside a chimney).

Another way to do a Wings Flaw is by calling it "Requires Wings Locations" -1/2/4. You can also tack on an additional -1/2/4 for being "Obvious" since it's obvious (or at least indicative) that the person can fly even when he's not, plus the non-human appearance factor.

If you are going to do this as a flaw you should have them use the custom hit locations but they still have the same amount of boxes of damage over the whole of their body. You can chalk this up to hollow bones or what have you. You do not want a flaw to be giving a player a hugh advantage like 10 extra boxes of damage would give. Keep them to 34 no matter how many limbs they have, unless they take the extra tough miracle.
