Project Nemesis is a fan driven website for games that use the One-Roll Engine (like Nemesis, Wild Talents, Reign and Monsters) or Chaosium's Basic Roleplay System (BRP) (like Call of Cthulhu) and the Delta Green setting.
The Rookeries are the pre-industrial squalid equivalent
of tenement projects without all the modern conviniences. In a place with no
building codes and whole families living in a single room, a place of abject
poverty and uneducated despair, where there are few outlets for accomplishment.
Converting the Unusual Experiences tables in Reign for the Forgotten Realms setting. I tended to use
these to link PC's to Companies, which could be a huge mistake. If you
end up linked to a Company that you don't want to have an affiliation
with for the campaign you are playing, just say that your link to that
company was in your past, fun color and spice and a reason to cross
paths with the Red Wizards of Thay or the Harpers in future games.
The idea is to create further lists of Random Events for the One-Roll-Character-Generation presented by Greg Stolze in REIGN.
These lists provide 10 unusual events that occured during a character's
life and influcened him/her.
We created characters this week and there were some problems with the
last character sheet, so I made a new one.
I have also made the magic system conversion.
I've built a simple Reign Company generator.
I write for me so the interface sucks but you can cope the same way I
do. By default it rolls 10 dice. Change this with the dice paramter.
This is the session chronicle of the REIGN game set in New and Old Riverrun
within the far northern Imperial Lands of Heluso. Warning: the events described
do not follow the game exactly as it played out only 90% or so. I have written
it as I remember it happening or as to smooth over inconsistent sequences.
Pit Spear Fighting is the remarkable discipline that formed with the
spread of illegal pit-fighting in various cities around Heluso. This
school of fighting developed slowly, with arduous trial and many errors
of a hundred experts until it became begrudgingly recognised as a
legitimate-which-means-effective combat tool. The benefit of the school
is that it uses short spears, which are staffs with sharp, pointed
metal caps affixed to them. It is best to realise that the wooden staff
is the important weapon. The tip just happens to be there.
The Reign rules system and the Warhammer setting seem like they are made for each other? The system
suits very well that grim and dark fantasy world and Warhammer's magic
colleges and spells are really easy to convert to Reign. Anthanus thought so to and he has started playing through The Enemy Within campaign using the Reign rules.
