Assessment of "strange effect exerted on agents" is correct, unless Ellis is known to be mentally unstable. He claims to have fired several rounds off while "trapped" under the house in the crawlspace. He also claims to have been missing for a handful of minutes, while in fact he was out of my sight for about 10 seconds.
The house is . . . dark. And I don't mean that in terms of illumination. A palpable feeling of oppression was felt by both Ellis and myself in the mirrored master bedroom. Quite simply, yes, the house does "pose an ongoing threat."
Note on Garret's death: off the record, the coroner reports that "self-inflicted" straight razor wounds on both Yasmilla and Garret are IDENTICAL, as was the patter of blood spray on the wall. Note: the coroner reported that in each case, the blood spray patter was "interrupted" by a roughly man-sized shape in front of each "victim." In both the coroner's opinion and my own, this blood spray pattern anomaly is a statistical impossibility.
Note on the Green box: shotguns, ammunition, furniture (presumably from the house), a coffin occupied by the dessicated corpse of a 10-year-old boy, photographic equipment, and some notes hastily written by Garret were found by Ellis and myself. Garret's notes mention paranoiac statements like "It knows I'm watching it" and "It knows my name."

Was Garret known to be paranoid or mentally unstable?
In sum, there are two possibilities: (A) this is all a hoax being perpetrated by very sick people who have eluded detection or capture for half a decade, or (B) there is something fundamentally WRONG with the house. I don't believe in ghosts and demons and possession, but I FELT something in that house.
Conclusions: hire paranormal experts to investigate the house, or simply tear it down or burn it to the ground. I am unwilling to sacrifice my career on a string of "haunted-house" murders that, over a span of 50+ years, has not already been cracked.
The photographic equipment and a diary written in Arabic by Yasmilla will thoroughly examined. Other than that, it's time for you to call in experts and for me to get back to more important investigative work.
