Project Nemesis is a fan driven website for games that use the One-Roll Engine (like Nemesis, Wild Talents, Reign and Monsters) or Chaosium's Basic Roleplay System (BRP) (like Call of Cthulhu) and the Delta Green setting.
I am working on running a Reign game in which the players will be
running criminal characters attempting to cut out a space for
themselves in a big trade city. Right now I'm trying to come up with some interesting personalities and
Companies.
I based this fellow off of a random roll, but bought up some other things afterwards.
Supay - "Baron" of the Stone Crowns
This dark-skinned man has sharp and deep facial features and an accent
that makes it obvious that he is not a native to Cabria. He came to the
city fifteen years ago by way of the Farsun Islands (though he is not
from there either) with a hunger for riches and prestige; having a
decent amount of starter funds and a handful of trusted servants didn't
hurt to this end. He has gathered both methodically ever since his
arrival... though two years ago he suffered a major setback.
Until recently he ran several legitimate interests on top of his
control of the Stone Crowns. The Lord Protector's personal constables,
however, raided all his businesses and confiscated the properties under
the seals of both the Archos Peace and Archos Justice. This has been a
major hit to his influence and wealth.
His name is apparently not his given one, taken from his native
language, and neither he nor his remaining staff have ever shared his
true name with Cabrians. He does claim to be exiled nobility, though he
refuses to discuss the details.

The Stone Crowns
Prideful Gang of the Driftwood Artisan District's Shady Areas
Supay has convinced his gang that they are not just better than every
other gang out there, he's convinced them that they are better than
most people. Period. They dress as nicely as their means will allow,
which was a bit better until recently, and the fact that they recently
lost a number of their brawlers to a rival gang (after Supay's
difficulties with the law) is considered something of a mixed pinch of
luck. Despite their put-on airs, however, they are dedicated to
protecting what they've got at any cost and have no qualms about
tearing through who or whatever gets in their way.
The sign of their membership, aside from their dress and slightly
puffed-up attitude, is that they always wear black stone rings (the
more the better) and a tropical bird feather somewhere on their person.
