Spell Casting- the notorious Willpower devouring monster power. Dr. Weird throws down a couple of spells, and he's spent, empty, drained, and useless. Unless Dr. Weird's occult powers are boundless, and his spirit filled with the mysterious forces of the deep cosmos.

Flaw: Nervous Habit (Loudly invoking Names of Power) -2/level
Cost: 6/level 60 point.

What does this get him?

He's got a pool of 10 Willpower that he can spend all or part of every round to bid and pay for spells, so long as he shouts the Names of weird extradimensional gods and demons.

It seems like the perfect fix for building a Dr. Strange type super-sorcerer (or for other builds that otherwise devour the Willpower, like size-shifters), but it might not be exactly kosher.

there could be some cool FX for when the awful occult powers of the ancient masters floods into the character's tired mind, filling it with limitless power and unholy insights. Throw in some hard dice in Intimidate which kick in when he's running on Indomitable Will that he can't turn off...
