The "Cliffs Notes" of a selection of mysterious tomes from Delta Green´s library.

Analysis of Aboriginal Folklore and Myth
· A mainstream anthropological book that has only slight relevance to the Mythos.
· Roughly 13,000 years ago, there was what the book describes only as a, "astrologically significant event."
· After this a tribe of Australian Aboriginals abandoned their usual religious practices and started worshipping a new god.
· While neiter Juk-Shabb nor the Yekubians are mentioned by name, the descriptions of the two are clear.
· Subsequent wars lead to the decline of this practice and the eventual destruction of the tribe.

Dhol Chants
· Contains 555 different chants.
· These chants can be performed by the human voice or a violins and other non-fretted string instruments.
· Certain chants are used to worship a form of Nyarlathotep called Ahtu.
· Others are used to summon spirits or lesser begins such as Byakhees and Dholes.

The Ford Translation
· Written by Professor Ford, Anthropology Professor at Miskatonic University.
· And English translation of the Voynich Manuscript, which was originally written in a bizarre combination of Greek and Latin using Arabic script.
· Published in two nearly indistinguishable forms:
1. Regular - Contains all the information, but not in enough details to be used in spells. About 3000 copies were originally printed.
2. Limited Edition - Contained very detailed information and was printed only for Universities and Museums. The Author deemed this version too dangerous to let into the hands of the general population.
· Only six copies of the limited edition are known to exist, 3 in English (Miskatonic University, British Museum, Delta Green Classified Library) 1 French (Muséum National d’Histoire Naturelle (Paris)) 1 German (Museum für Vor- und Frühgeschichte (Berlin)) and 1 Chinese (Museum of Ürumchi (Ürumchi, China).
· A seventh limited edition, this one in Arabic, was sent to the Al-Azhar University in Cairo. However, the tome, and the courier transporting it, disappeared on route and their whereabouts have remained a mystery to this day.
· There is a rumoured 3rd edition. A unique tome written on some unknown material and bound in the flesh of a being not of this Earth. This tome, written in an ancient language, is a most terrifying book to read. All the rituals are described in the most gruesome details having a terrible effect on its reader. The fate of this rumoured edition is not known at this time.

Liver Damnatus Damnationum
· The Latin text was handwritten by Janus Aquaticus.
· Once held in the Miskatonic University Orne Library but has since been acquired by the Brotherhood.
· Perpetuates the myths surrounding 'The Great Dying.' Namely, that worshippers of the Great Old Ones will be granted amazing powers once the Great Old Ones return to rule the Earth. In most cases, the best these cultists can hope for is to be eaten last.
· Deals with posthumous immortality.
· Has an incantation used to summon Yog Sothoth.
· Most importantly for us, deals with places where the veil between words becomes the thinnest during equinoxes. It is at these places during these times that we stand the best chance of contacting Tulzscha.

A Matter of Time
· Written in the 1940s by an unknown author who went by the name Professor Kairos.
· At first glance the book is merely the philosophical musings on the subject of how ones perceptions of time affect ones morals and reasonings.
· The book includes several hypothetical alternate diminsions where time moves differently than our own that are seemingly used as allegories.
· It is in these descriptions that things get interesting from a Mythos standpoint.
· One dimension, Chronosphere, includes creatures whose description is identical to that of Dimensional Shambler.
· Another part of the book talks about a grand city with marble walls and bronze gates where time does not pass. This is obviously a reference to the Dreamlands city of Celephais

Melani Sylva Shantuii
· These Latin tomes were hand written in 1623 by Padre Ignacio de Vespela.
· The illustrations are rarely complete and much of the layers can be missing.
· The book tells the history of a powerful wizard, Shan'tuu, whose worship of the Great Old Ones allowed him to continue his dedication after death.
· After death his mind remained alive within his body and this body was to be the basis for a stone golem of immense power. Unfortunately the ritual went poorly and the skull and left leg was never incorporated in stone.
· Despite this, Shan'tuu did gain a purer insight into Tulzscha's will and the ability to mimic the appearance of any living being.
· He used these abilities to usurped the throne of the ancient Incan kingdom where he lived.
· As king he was able to return the people to worshipping Tulzscha, which they had previously abandoned.
· In the end, he was betrayed by a conspiracy of jealous magicians who had gained power and riches when their countrymen forsook Tulzscha.
· These magicians succeeded in imprisoning him in the shape of a mummy in their temple.
· The temple was then encompassed in dark hexes which drain Shan'tuu as long as he is imprisoned in his tomb.

Outer Ones
· Latin Tome that deals with Azathoth and other Outer Gods.
· Original copy in Kingsport, we possess an English translation of dubious quality.

Pnakotic Manuscripts
· Written by The Great Race of Yith and kept in their Library City of Pnakotus.
· Contains the history of the Yith, descriptions of Yibb-Tstll, location of Xiurhn, rituals of Rhan-Tegoth's, etc.
· Through connections we have second-hand access to the only remaining original copy.
· There is some similarities between this book and the Eltdown Shards.
· Mentions the Shan and their terrible deads.

Wondrous Intelligences
· Written by Jame Woodville in the mid 17th century.
· Mostly describes his ego and his perverted sex life.
· Only of interest for its description of the Great Race of Yith and their history.
