Project Nemesis is a fan driven website for games that use the One-Roll Engine (like Nemesis, Wild Talents, Reign and Monsters) or Chaosium's Basic Roleplay System (BRP) (like Call of Cthulhu) and the Delta Green setting.
These drawings, plans and documents by Hitler's architect do not
readily yield their darker secrets. At first glance, and to the
uninitiated they appear to be only a set of megalomanic plans for the
restructuring of Berlin.

These drawings, plans and documents by Hitler's architect do not readily yield their darker secrets. At first glance, and to the uninitiated they appear to be only a set of megalomanic plans for the restructuring of Berlin. The level of detail is staggering, as would be expected from a workaholic. The drafts of individual buildings appear slightly unsettling and cold, but not to a devastating degree.
Combined with the lay-out of streets, S- and U-bahn, power-lines, parks and so on, the significance of the project slowly grows much larger than the sum of its parts.
To realise the implications of this, the reader needs to have at least a little Cthulhu Mythos knowledge and a good portion of expertise in engineering or architecture. If not, the subtle hints of other-worldly geometry, the choice of exotic materials and the odd combinations of colour, shape, texture and symbols will be lost on the reader.
The Nüremberg Plans Author/Architect: Albert Speer Written/Drawn: 1932-1934 Language: German Study Time: 2d6 days to skim, 3d10 days to study and comprehend. Sanity Loss: On their own 0, adds 2 points to the loss incurred by the Berlin Plans if these are studied and understood Cthulhu Mythos: +0 percentiles (+1 if studied with the Berlin Plans) Skill Checks Earned: None Spells: None
Plans, drawings, documents and sketches for the parade grounds and Nazi Party headquarters in Nüremberg. If studied in conjunction with the Berlin Plans, certain systematic similarities become more apparent than if either set of plans are studied on their own.
The Nightmare Conduit Maker: Unknown Manufactured: Early 19th century Language: N/A Study Time: Special Sanity Loss: 1 per night for 1d6+1 nights per use Cthulhu Mythos: 1d3 percentiles per use Skill Checks Earned: None (possibly some Dreamlands-related) Spells: Keeper's choice
Not a tome per se, but rather a twisted version of the classical Ojibwe Dreamcatcher. This item is used like any other dreamcatcher: it is suspended over the user's bed and influences his/her dreams. However, this dreamcatcher snares 'normal' dreams and filters through only dream-transmitted Mythos knowledge from various sources...
Each use of the Conduit lasts 1d6+1 nights, continuing even if the device is removed. Should an unwary user destroy the item before the current session ends the 'nightmares' continue indefinitely, driving the helpless victim insane within a matter of months.
The Conduit only imparts knowledge of creatures and entities relevant or related to North America. This means that creatures and concepts such as K'n-yan, Wendigo and the Mi-Go, as well as others, are likely to be presented, all at the Keeper's discretion. Spell knowledge imparted by this device is also relegated to Keeper fiat.
