Project Nemesis is a fan driven website for games that use the One-Roll Engine (like Nemesis, Wild Talents, Reign and Monsters) or Chaosium's Basic Roleplay System (BRP) (like Call of Cthulhu) and the Delta Green setting.
Here's how we did character
generation. WT has a typical point-buy, fiddly-stacky grainy system.
The kind that lounges there purring, "Minmax me, big boy, or lose me
forever!" REIGN is also, at bottom, a point buy, so for this we used a
character generation system that got elided from REIGN due to space
reasons.
D.L. Hawkins is a sometimes construction worker who is the husband of Niki Sanders and the father of Micah Sanders. He was at some point
involved with Mr. Linderman's criminal enerprises in Las Vegas. Your
guess is as good as mine when it comes to his skills, but what I
picked seems fairly reasonable.
I've been working on adapting some four-color inspired Super HQ rules for
WT.What spurred me to it was rereading the old Marvel Super
Heroes Advanced Set.I remember making bases in that game was
pretty fun:"I want a communications room!"*rolls a
Resource FEAT*"Dammit, I guess I'll just can't afford it."*sigh*.Good times.
Nathan Petrelli is a politician currently running for election to the U.S.
House of Representatives. He lives in Hyde Park, New York, with
his wife and
two sons. He has the ability to fly.
Under the normal rules it is very difficult to dodge or block one or more attacks. And, if one wants to dodge or block an attack than it is all-or-nothing. Either you dodge the attack(s) completely or the attack hits you. One idea I have is to implement a glancing blow rule.
