The "Paranormal Advance Research Association." A message board used by various occultists, most of the information has nothing to do with the mythos so much as local myths, magic and paranatural events. While any mythos event that makes the papers will likely be linked here, so will plenty of non-mythos or wierd stories. The analasys of events provided by the members tend to be more "rational" then mythos.

While the site tracks all "paranormal" activity, much of this is simply rumor or story. The SAN loss and CM gains all come from investigators who can find genuine mythos connections.

This board will most likely be a farm for red herrings but now and again someone will find a refrence to something of actural use.

There is also a minor militant section of the board, mostly these are members who think burning down haunted houses is cool, while some of them may have acturally acted on this, most of them have not and only a few have had any encounters, mostly with ghosts or other non mythos entities.
